Projects are scheduled on a time-available basis.
All time and expenses associated with client tasks are billable.
Packages account for time spent on client tasks and projects which include email correspondence, Skype meetings, project management, and implementation. All working time is logged to the very minute and categorized by task, and is reflected in final invoices.
Additional expenses include any financial fees associated with payment transactions such as PayPal and international wiring fees. They also apply to the purchase of WordPress themes, stock photography, plugins, hosting services, hosting upgrades, and more. No purchase is made without client approval.
